Extremely fast. Were just two weeks of waiting. Came very well packed, as described. Came up loaded! About the product itself, I quite liked. It mixes well and pokes fruits that are in small pieces. One thing that I did not see the description is the juicer has a safety lock. It does not work without the cup, so is very safe to wash.
